Founded in 1993, the Gallery was established thanks to the generous donations of Giorgos Valtadoros and Stella Gioldasi, two distinguished figures in literature and the arts. Their contribution provided the city with the core of a collection that continues to be enriched and renewed to this day.
Since 2002, the Gallery has served as a permanent home for both its private collection and diverse temporary exhibitions. The halls named after Valtadoros and Dimitris Gioldasis are essential landmarks for art enthusiasts, while the rotating temporary exhibitions ensure a fresh experience with every visit, offering new perspectives that invite you to return time and again.
